Matched radii on the SPEEDY and on the insertion nipple result in exact pre-positioning.
The fit is automatically aligned by drawing in the pallet.
The operator only needs to set down or remove the pallet.
No chips can be jammed in the cylindrical bore.

High positioning accuracy due to optimal application of force - no bending or lifting

The retractable nipples are fixed positively and with very high precision - this action has a vibration attenuation effect and increases the quality of the surface to be machined as well as the life of the tools.
The force from the springs (F) acts close to the fastening screw (B). As a result there is no bending on the cover (C).
